Trend :: Gold Cuff

Hello there Lovelies!

With the Summer being in full throttle this past 2 weeks, I am longing more and more for my vacation in August. Since the vacation is still a month and a half away, I am keeping my feet on the ground and not putting together all the outfits I am going to take with me and what I need to buy for the trip ( we all know I am doing the absolute opposite to what I am writing :P ).

When it comes to Summer outfits, Less is always More. We always try to wear light fabrics and less accessories , but that doesn’t mean we can’t make our outfits interesting.

One of the highlights of the summer is  the large Gold Cuff (or silver, I just like Gold more), it adds that final ingredient to a fully polished look. It looks even better when worn on both hands :D  I’ve got my eyes on a pair of cuffs from Topshop.

How are you accessorizing this Summer?

The Fake Dress

Hello there Lovelies!

I had to pinch myself twice today, since I couldn’t believe it was thursday already. I swear Tuesday and Wednesday just disappeared from my week, but anyway it’s Thursday and it’s the end of the week so it’s still ok. I prefer tuesday and wednesday to disappear instead of my weekend :P

So, back to the post.

Today I want to highlight the importance of the Pemplum Top. We all know it is a very feminine piece and only polishes the woman’s figure, and it looks amazing on all body types. Plus it can work as an ordinary top by tucking in the pemplum part. But the most important advantage is that it can be turned with the assistance of  a nicely fitted pencil skirt into a very flirty dress. That’s 3 in 1, what more can we ask from this top? AMAZING .

How do you wear your Pemplum Tops?

Beauty :: The Benefit Dilemma

Hello there Lovelies!

After finding out that Asos.com delivered to Lebanon my excitement had no boundaries ( I am still happy dancing :P ). And of course I had ordered some fashion items that I would definitely show on my blog when I receive the package. Since, I am checking the website every now and then (to be precise every couple of hours :P ) I decided it was a perfect time for a beauty order.

Here in Lebanon, we don’t have most of the cult beauty brands that go viral on the net, so you could imagine my excitement upon discovering Benefit, Too Faced, and many more on asos.com. For my first order I decided to go for the brand I am most excited about, which is BENEFIT cosmetics. At first, I was going to get either the Hoola bronzer or the Coralista Blush, but then I stumbled upon their new makeup sets and decided I would rather go with the box to get to know the brand even better.

Here are their 3 different sets.

1. Primping with the Stars:

This set is all about prepping your skin for all the different occasions you may face. With their pore minimizing primer, the face powder and their famous bene-tint, you are ready to conquer the world.

2. The Bronze of the Champions:

With their infamous Hoola Bronzer, What’s Up illuminizer and the Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow, this box is a total win , that promises not to disappoint. You can buy this set through the link (buy here).

3. Do the Bright Thing:

I think I am going with the second choice “the Bronze of the Champions”, but I would really like to hear your suggestions. Have you ever tried any of these sets? if yes what do you think of them?

The Story Behind the Blue Dress

Hello there Lovelies!

We all have those pieces in our wardrobe that we can’t bare to separate from. This blue dress falls in that category. It has been in my closet for almost 5 years now, and although I don’t wear it often, I still can’t throw it away. I was wearing this dress when my husband (then just a friend) asked me out on a first date. I keep this dress as a sweet reminder of all those amazing times I spent with him (it is still his favorite dress). 1 2 3
