Beauty Bloom :: Strokes of Blue | Chanel SS/14 Inspired

This video is in Collaboration with Elsa from ElsaO.L’accessoire

Capture1

This is the Second video from our Channel SS/14 Inspired Makeup tutorials, you can check the first video done by Elsa by clicking here.  While Elsa’s interpretation was very bold, mine is more muted and wearable on a day to day basis. The main element of the tutorial is bringing out the POP of colors to your lids by using a black GEL base underneath your shadows to make them more bold, which is an amazing trick for when doing any makeup what-so-ever.

For some of you the look may be too Bold or too Risky, but makeup should be all about having fun and that’s exactly what we want to do.

Blossom Diadem :: Part 2 (Dolce&Gabbana inspired)

This video is in Collaboration with Elsa from ElsaO.L’accessoire

Now that we have seen how to create our own Blossom Diadem through the last video (if you haven’t yet seen the post before this, check it through this link) , we are now capable of recreating a look similar to the Dolce&Gabbana Runway Hairstyle.

We have simplified the up-do and made it a very modern looking style which is perfect for the hot summer weather. All you need is a couple of SMALL RUBBER BANDS, BOBBY PINS of all sizes, a SEPARATING COMB, HAIRSPRAY and the FLORAL CROWN.

This up-do can be worn simply without any accessories, or accessorized in your own way. THINK BIG and BOLD! Go for Rhinestones, Flowers, interesting hair pins and make it a piece of ART.

Beauty Bloom :: Pastel Nails Part 2

This video is in Collaboration with Elsa from ElsaO.L’accessoire

It is time for the Second Part of our BEAUTY BLOOM Nail Edition, where we would be talking all about the different Nail-Art trends as seen on the Runway. (if you haven’t seen the first video, you can click here )
For me Nail Art is something very far from my comfort zone, I prefer changing up my nail polish colors often, but I can’t be bothered with more than that, but after seeing all these gorgeous nail art done on the models and seen in the magazines, I decided that it is my time to change and try something a little bit different but easy at the same time. The above video shows that with little patience you can go a long way. 😀

what do you think of Nail Art in general? and have you ever tried any of the mentioned in the video above?

Beauty Bloom :: Pastel Nails Part 1

And here we are after months of planning and filming we can start sharing with you what we have collaborated for. If you haven’t seen the introduction post to the Beauty Bloom you can check it here. As we already mentioned, we decided to narrow down all the beauty trends that have been mentioned in the Runway SS14.

For our first post we dedicated it all to the Pastel Nail trends and what colors are in trend for this season.
To make this video a lot more informative, we went for a manicure type of videos where we showed step-by-step all the products that should be used when taking care of your nails and making your manicure last longer.

This is the first part from the Pastel Nail post, stay tuned for the part 2 where we would be showing how to add Nail Art 😀
