luggage tote | playing with fashion

When you think of Celine bags, you think of Perfection! They are simply the most coveted bags of the last couple of years. When the Luggage Tote arrived to the market , all the fashionistas around the world were seen carrying this perfectly shaped bag. Until this day the Luggage tote was on top of my list for my Classic Wardrobe Essentials.

This list just changed this morning! When I saw on Aishti’s twitter the picture of the MOST GORGEOUS BAG I have laid my eyes on. All this time that I thought of the Luggage Tote as a perfection were thrown away. A new bag just topped my list :: the TIE BICOLOR TOTE in PLUM.

With it’s high price tag, at 4,695$ I think it would stay on my Lust List for quite a while.

Hey there!! Sorry for not posting for more than a week, it’s just I was really sick last week and couldn’t be bothered to think about fashion and clothes! But now I am all better and feeling great. So, back to posting 😀

The bag I’ve been drooling over is the Celine Luggage Tote. It’s very roomy and big , and it has a structured boxy form with a very unique shape that comes from the side panels that fold out. It comes in so many variations of colors, patterns and materials that you may get lost.

It’s so classy and ladylike, and I am sure it’s gonna be a Classic Bag in the near future, something like the Birkin Hermes.

Plus, if you can notice the bag looks like it has a face, the two eyes from the handles and the zipper mouth with a tongue – so cute.

Unfortunately, the downside of such a beautiful bag, is that it costs a lot more than an ordinary bag. It retails around US$1,800 to US$2,500 ( and I am pretty sure the prices here in Lebanon are much higher) and is practically sold out , so you have to wait on the waiting list.
